A Few Friendly Reminders: No Smoking, Please:- We want to keep the van fresh and welcoming, so we kindly ask that you don’t smoke inside or within 10 meters outside. No Pets, Unfortunately:- To ensure everyone has a comfortable stay, we’re unable to accommodate pets. Thank you for understanding! Toilet Care:- Please remember to empty and clean the toilet before returning the van. If it’s not done, there will be a $300.00 cleaning fee, and we’d love to keep that for your adventures instead! Bunk Beds:- The top bunk is ready for action, but it has a weight limit of 70 kg! It’s the ideal spot for kids and teenagers who want to sleep up high and dream big! Let’s Keep It Tidy:- We appreciate it if the caravan is returned clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may apply if it needs a little extra love. Delivery and Setup:- If you’d like us to deliver and set up the van for you, just let us know! There will be a small fee to cover fuel and setup costs. Linen Hire:- We’ve got you covered! Our linen hire includes all the essentials: sheets, pillows, doonas, towels, beach towels, and face washers. Enjoy your stay without the hassle! Thank you for your understanding! Hiring rules

• Emergency: If an accident occurs, please pull over safely, stay calm, and call Camplify at 02 4075 2000. After that, give us a call too—we're here to help!
• Damage: If any damage happens, please let us know right away. We’ll need to know the who, what, where, and when to assist you properly.
• Driving: We love keeping the van in great shape, so please avoid offroad, beach driving, or extended gravel roads.
• No Smoking: To keep the van fresh for everyone, please refrain from smoking inside.
• Festivals: Unfortunately, we can’t allow festival trips with the van.
• Cleaning: We’d appreciate it if you could return the van in clean condition, both inside and out. If it needs excessive cleaning, there may be a $175.00 charge. Also, please remember to dispose of the toilet cassette contents at a dump point and wash it out before returning (unless you’d like to opt for the cleaning fee).
• Unsealed Roads: If you plan to drive on unsealed roads, please get our approval in writing through Camplify Messages before your trip begins.
• Insurance: We recommend familiarizing yourself with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of your insurance coverage.
• No Pets, Sorry: To ensure everyone’s comfort, we can't accommodate pets.
• Hiring Age: You must be 30 years or older to hire the van.
• Awning Care: Our instruction manual will help you with using the awning and other features. Please take care when there’s bad weather or strong winds and pack it away to protect it.
• Towing: If you're planning to selfdrive, let us know about your towing experience and your vehicle details. Also, please avoid night driving or towing.
• Speed Limit: The maximum speed for towing is 95 km/h, regardless of state laws.
• Brakes: We can provide a brake controller if needed—just ask about our optional extras!
• PickUp/DropOff Times: Our standard pickup and dropoff times are from 79 am and 57 pm, Monday to Friday. Other times on weekends can be arranged.

  We had an awesome time with our two young kids. Jason was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. The drop off and pick up service was unreal. Jason is a top bloke.

  We had a great holiday is this very comfortable van. Everything we needed was provided and the kids loved the bunk beds. Was easy to tow and set up was quick and fuss free. Jason was excellent to deal with and was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely hire again.

  We had a great experience hiring this caravan. Jason was an amazing hostvery helpful and responsive before, during, and even after our stay. The caravan itself was clean, comfortable, and fully functional, with everything we needed. We felt right at home and couldnt have asked for a better setup. We would definitely book again with Jason and highly recommend both him and the caravan.

  Was a perfect weekend away. The caravan had everything we needed and more. Was exactly as described with extra little items to make the experience even easier. The delivery and hand over was to easy. Jason was a great guy who was so helpful through the process. First time camping and this experience has made us keen to rent again. My daughter needed me to add she loved the bunk bed.

  Jason was great to deal with in all aspects of booking and preparing. The can was well equipped and had everything you would expect + more to make the trip that little bit more comfortable. We chose to have Jason deliver the van to us and the set-up was extremely thorough and Jason was great to deal with!
