Special towing information
The van currently weighs approximately 2700 kg with current contents and tanks empty. The towing vehicle must: - Be rated to tow 3100kg ATM or higher - Be fitted with a compliant electric brake controller - Have a compatible 12-pin trailer plug connection - Have an appropriate towing capacity and towball rating - Have towing mirrors or these can be added to hire. The electric brake controller must be installed in the towing vehicle prior to collection. The caravan cannot be towed legally or safely without one. Proof of towing capacity and brake controller may be requested prior to hire.

Additional information
* Our Wildtrail is semi off road capable and suited to maintained tracks and established campsites. It is not designed for beach or extreme off road use. * Air conditioning, microwave, Nespresso and hairdryer requires connection to 240v power. * NOTE: There is no door on the toilet/ shower area, as we prefer the open space. We use a block out curtain that partitions the living area from the entire bunk/toilet shower area for ease when kids going to bed. You can move the curtain easily to section off the shower/toilet area from the bunks if preferred. * We try to use caravan park toilets where possible and save the caravan toilet for night time use only. * For towing, an electric brake controller is required and your vehicle must be rated appropriately. * Please allow approximately 45 to 60 minutes for handover and demonstration prior to departure.. We will walk you through setup, systems and towing and send videos to ensure you feel confident before your trip. * We have prepared the van with care and attention to detail, and appreciate guests who will treat it respectfully and return it in tidy condition. * If you are unsure about suitability for your planned trip, please reach out prior to booking and we will happily guide you. We also offer discounts for extended travel plans.
Hiring rules
- Please return the caravan in a tidy condition, dishes washed, BBQ cleaned and rubbish removed.
- All linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please avoid using bath / beach towels for cleaning or fishing etc.
- Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan or under awning.
- Towing is available for experienced drivers only with a suitable vehicle. An electric brake controller is required.
- Fire Pit use must comply with local regulations and total fire bans.
- No festival or party use
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
