Additional information
No smoking or pets inside van. (contact prior to booking) Toilet and grey water tanks must be empty and clean prior to return. No off road use (gravel roads and sand roads accepted to access locations) Dirt roads to be travelled are to be no more than 50kmh. Heavy corrugated dirt roads no more the 30kmh. Tyre pressures to be dropped to 25psi on corrugated roads. Van to be returned clean and in good working order. As per pick up. Damages to van will be covered by hirer as per quoted repair costs or agreed price. Extra charges will apply for dirty van cleans. Jerry cans can be supplied for extra cost (fuel not supplied) Vans are GPS tracked for speeds and locations during hire.
Hiring rules
- This caravan, is an offroad caravan however, approval prior to booking is required and hirer must select the highest cover of insurance for their hirer
- access roads are allowed only after approval prior to hire.
- speeds and rules of the hire as mentioned, must be followed whilst travelling on these roads.
- Non smoking van.
- No pets.
- No cooking in the van.
- Van is required to come back in a clean neat and tidy condition.
- Grey water tanks emptied and cleaned as per condition when hired.
- Van comes back the way it was hired.
- Clean internal and clean external washed and cared for.
- Fees apply as per the cleaning costs if van comes back dirty. $250.00 and $300.00 if toilet is not cleaned and washed before bringing back.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
