Hiring rules
- report any damage or broken items, any faults or leaks
- ensure that all persons towing the van supply a copy of their licence and that the person who hires the van is present at the pick up
- no off road use of the van.
- no dirt road use greater than 10km to access a campsite as this may void your insurance and can cause significant damage to the van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
