Hiring rules

• Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place otherwise a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged (Fee increases to $450.00 if the toilet is unclean also).
• Smoking is NOT permitted.
• PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED. PLEASE SELECT 'PET FEE' in the additional items section when making your booking. A $100.00 Pet Fee is payable. We prefer small/medium low allergy pets ONLY. Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request.
• OFF ROAD USE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please provide details of your itinerary within your booking request for our approval.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  We recently hired a caravan through Off The Grid Caravan Hire, Purple Phantom. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. It was the first time we have used a caravan and all the information we received and were shown on pick up, made me feel confident in the set up and packing up.   We had a really great experience with the Purple Phantom! The van was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family adventure. A real highlight was how easy it was to use and how well set up it was for off-grid camping. What really stood out though was the service from Steve & Karina. They were friendly, professional, and quick to answer my phone calls when I got stuck a couple of times which made the whole trip stress-free and enjoyable. Id definitely recommend booking with them.
