Exceptional service with handover. Charlie, Carmen and Alicia were brilliant and knowledgeable and super helpful. The caravan was perfect for our holiday. Clean, well kept and maintained. Communication Incredible with Karina and Steve. The whole process was streamlined, checklists were super helpful. We will definitely hire again from OFF THE GRID and thoroughly recommend.

This van is great to hire when you heading off grid Throw the bikes in the back and hit the road Would highly recommend this van Off grid vans are amazing to deal with from pick up to drop off and everything in between All there vans are high quality equipped with everything you need Would highly recommend to everyone 5 stars

We had such a great time with the van. All the staff at "Off The Grid", were so plesant, knowledgable, helpful and great to converse with. The van was clean and everything we expected #lovethedieselheater. Thank you again Steve&Karina.

We had an amazing experience hiring the caravan from Karina and Steve. From the moment we booked, they were so friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all of our questions. The caravan was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic trip. You can really tell they take pride in looking after both their caravan and their customers. Thank you, Karina and Steve, for making our holiday so easy and enjoyable.

This van was perfect for our trip. After having a couple of issues in the beginning Steve was quick to sort them out and get us back on track. We had no issues towing this van with our Holden Colorado. It was very clean and tidy when we picked it up and there was plenty of space for all this things we needed for our 3 week trip. Couldnt recommend Steve and Karinas caravan hire enough.

Karina was amazing to deal with, and they went that extra mile to make sure the caravan was set up and ready for our arrival (including some lovely treats). We just had to step in and make ourselves at home. The van had everything we needed, the beds were very comfy, and the shower amazingly hot! Very happy! We will be repeat customers for our next trip!

The van was great. Having never used or owned a caravan before there was much to learn. You could not write the perfect manual but Steve and Karina's videos were a great start. But at times i wished there was someone sitting beside me in the driver's seat. But i could never fault the support i received and when i called for help it was always there. My road less travelled was challenging and rewarding and with a great product and wonderful support I did what i wanted to do. Thank you Steve and Karina for making my memory.
