Hiring rules

• Smoking is not permitted.
• PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED. We prefer small/medium low allergy pets ONLY. Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request.
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
• Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place. A penalty of $300.00 will apply should the caravan be returned unclean.
• Rules for Hauling Motorbikes/Push Bikes/Kayaks etc:
• 1) NO Jerry Cans or Fuel of any type to be stored in the caravan during transit or throughout your hire.
• 2) Any fuel spilt on the carpet flooring will mean the carpet has spoilt and a nonnegotiable fee of $350.00 will apply to replace the flooring.
• 3) There is NO option to have us clean this caravan for you it MUST be returned clean.
• 4) Motorbikes/Push Bikes/Kayaks etc MUST be secured to the tie down points with the straps provided. These items CANNOT be stowed loosely during transit.
• 5) The beds to the rear of the caravan must be stowed and strapped to ensure they are secure during transit. No liability is taken should the beds fall and damage your equipment.
• 6) ALL OFF ROAD ROADS/TRACKS MUST BE DISCLOSED and permission obtained at the time of your INITIAL BOOKING REQUEST.
• 7) We (Off The Grid Caravan Hire) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages to your motorbikes or equipment if they are not tied down and secured correctly prior to transit.

  Great smaller van. Easy to tow for someone with not a lot of experience. Very comfortable beds for a smaller van! Steve and Karina make it so easy, there is nothing they haven't already thought of for you!
