Previous towing experience is preferred.

Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 select roadside assistance
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- ** All damage, no matter how small will be charged at cost to bring the caravan back to original condition.
- NO pets in the van
- NO smoking in the van
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside or near the van
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge of $250.00.
- Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
