Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY: If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. In case of an accident, get off the road, ensure your safety, and follow these steps: Call Camplify on 1300 416 133. They will contact the NRMA for assistance. Then call me!
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / NO UNSEALED roads: These roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before your trip begins. Familiarize yourself with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage. A fee of $300.00 will be charged if the van is taken offroad without our written permission. "OffRoad" means any area that is neither a sealed or an unsealed road. This includes but is not limited to unformed roads, fire trails, tracks, river and tidal crossings, creek beds, beaches, streams, dams, rivers, floodwaters, sand, deserts, rocks, fields and paddocks.
• 🚬 No smoking or vaping inside the van.
• 🧹 CLEANING: Return the van in the same condition as when you picked it up. Inside and outside cleanliness matters.A cleaning fee of minimum $100.00 will apply if the van isn’t brought back clean.
• 🛣️ DISTANCE: Adhere to the 200 km per day allowance averaged over your trip. Excess kilometers will incur a charge of $1.00 per km.
• ⛽ FUEL: The tank will be filled with Premium Diesel Fuel when you collect the vehicle. Return the van with a full tank of Diesel Fuel. Doublecheck that you’re filling with Diesel at the service station. A surcharge of $50.00 plus fuel cost applies if the tank isn’t full.
• 🚗 Driver’s responsibility for tolls and fines. Tolls will be calculated at the end of the trip. A processing fee of $50.00 per incident applies for fines.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Me and my partner had an absolutely amazing time travelling the east coast of Australia in Richards van. The van had everything we needed plus extra. Couldnt imagine going away in anything better!

  This van is great and all you need for a short getaway. We used it for one week and were happy with how it ran and the inclusions. Loved that we could stand up inside it and the layout is very well thought out. It has all the basics you need. No inverter but we managed without it. Just fyi the LDV's are only compatible with iphones (no android auto for the maps) but apparently you can buy an adapter to make it work. The van didn't include toilet as listed so byo portable if you need one. The bed was a little short for my partner but comfy enough. We found Richard very responsive and informative upon pick up and would happily do it all again.

  Our trip with the Ezidrive van was amazing! It is such a nice van and its got all you need, plus enough storage space for your groceries and clothes etc. We rented the van for 2 months and never missed a thing. Richard is also very kind and easy to reach. Would highly recommend :).

  This van was perfect for a two week get away around northern NSW. Great kitchen facilities and very comfortable bed. Managed unpowered sites well with the solar set up and gas. Easy to drive and parks well. Thanks we had a great trip.
