Additional information

For an extra fee we can hire out an extra toilet cassette, generator and water bladder for sites with no water. Minimum stay of 4 day bookings applies. Rates vary as per the following: OFF PEAK RATE: $130.00/day (all dates excluding below) SHOULDER RATE: $150.00/day (1 week either side of school holidays) PEAK RATE: $180.00/day (school holidays, long weekends and events - min 7 day hire) ***Minimum 4 day booking for all self-tows*** Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hiring rules

*No Smoking or vaping in or near the van. *No dirt/heavy corrugation or red dust roads without owners approval. *Return the van in the same cleaned condition as when it was received by you. *Please report any damage no matter how minor. *Drive to the conditions and don't speed. *Cutlery, plates, pots, pans, glasses, cups are to be washed up using soap and water and left clean. *Toilet and other cleaning charges apply, if not emptied and satisfactorily cleaned prior to its return (see below).
*Small pets allowed. Must bring animal bed, no animals on the beds or couch. Van is to be cleaned before return otherwise cleaning fee will be applied.
*No corrugated or red dirt roads.
WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, linen, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $199.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'. If you breach these simple house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.

Service fee: $100.00
Delivery fee: $2.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
