IF YOU WANT THE CARAVAN A DAY BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY, YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK THE EXTRA NIGHT, SO PLEASE DON'T BOOK AND THEN ASK. ElecBrake electric brake controller fitted! NESPRESSO Machine. Washing machine. WEBER BabyQ with roasting trivet, plate, stand and cooking utensils. FILTERED WATER - water filter filters both town and tank water. 2 x fold up tables. 12V 24" smart TV - can also be mounted outside. 240v Toaster and Kettle. Fire blanket, extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Tea bags, and sugar. Basic pantry - cooking oils, salt & pepper etc. Pots, pans, kettle, high quality knives and cutlery and big range of utensils. Big range of bowls and plates including little kids stuff. All internal and external lights are LED to save power when free camping and give much better light. Anti-flap bars, rafters and privacy screens, levelling ramps, chocks, pegs, ropes, hammer, step ladder, annex mat, toilet chemicals, internal and outdoor clothes lines. You DO NOT NEED TO HAVE AN ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER installed in your tow vehicle to tow this van. It is equipped with an ElecBrake controller which is controlled using a smartphone app via Bluetooth. Please note that if you would like you use the 'owner drop-off' option, it will cost you $100.00 plus $4.00 per km for distances over 30km from base. This includes us dropping off, setting up, packing up and picking up the caravan. We have a 200km max distance for this type of hire but are willing to be flexible for longer hires.

Hiring rules

• 5 day minimum hire, By hiring this caravan you agree to the following: Hirer must not wash the exterior of the caravan with any chemical except wash supplied by the owner. Only a soft cloth or sponge is to be used and care must be taken not to allow water into any vents. No pets unless approved by owner of RV. Tow vehicle must be legally suitable for towing RV. Owner reserves the right to refuse hire if hirer does not have a suitable tow vehicle or tow vehicles suspension does not meet requirements. Extension mirrors legally must be used and will be supplied FREE of charge as part of the hire. Breakaway unit monitor must be plugged in and in view of the driver. This caravan is not designed and will not be used for off road use. Caravan can only be taken on routes that include unsealed roads if approved by owner. The caravan cannot go through water deeper than half a wheel height. Any damage caused by on unsealed roads or driving through water will not be covered by insurance and will be repaired at the hirers expense at the convince of the owner. Only clean, potable water is to used to fill the tanks. Caravan is to be returned in the same condition as it was picked up in. Any damage, accidental or otherwise will be repaired by the owner at the cost of the hirer, or insurance claim will be made and hirer will loose deposit Owner has the right to deduct such costs from hirers deposit made to Camplify. The service fee is to cover general interior cleanliness and disinfection of shower and toilet. If caravan is returned dirty on the outside, heavily soiled or toilet cassette is not empty extra cleaning charges WILL apply and can be taken from hirers deposit if the charges are disputed. The caravan is stocked with a basic pantry and cleaning products. You may use these as your own. Cleaning fees: As stated above, the service fee is to cover general cleanliness, hygiene and to make sure the caravan is stocked and fit for the next user. if the caravan is not returned in a reasonable state as mentioned above, the following charges may apply: Caravan exterior heavily soiled i.e. covered or sprayed in mud, mud built up under caravan $100.00. Caravan interior heavily soiled i.e. mud on floor, kitchenware not cleaned properly, cupboards and bench tops dirty $100.00 minimum. Toilet casket not emptied and rinsed out $100.00. Toilet/shower soiled $50.00. Dirty water in tanks $200.00.</p>
