Special towing information
We have a brake controller from Elecbrakes. You may need to download an App to your phone. We can provide details if/when required. Please check with Elecbrakes that your vehicle is compatible with their braking system. Most vehicles are but please check. Their contact number is:- 1300 516 248. Towing mirrors must be used. Supplied free of charge. Towball hitch - 50mm. Your vehicle must be able to tow max 2500kg and take a towball load of 203kg. The van has a 12 pin flat trailer plug - we have a 12pin to 7 pin adaptor available FOC. Van height 3070mm

Additional information
What is supplied: 1. Linen: Sheets, pillows, duvet and lightweight blanket. No towels supplied. 2. Crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware. Bin liners. 3. Two 95 ltr water tanks. 4. Portable 40 ltr grey waste tank (necessary when the landowner doesn't want grass etc watered.) 5. Toilet. (Invaluable for No 1s but we seriously limit to emergencies for No 2s.) Paper and tank chemicals are supplied. Storage cassette accessed externally for emptying. Must be clean on return, or $100.00 fee charged for cleaning. 6. Gas bottles x 2 - 9kg each a. 1 in use b. 1 in reserve 7. Awning. Support legs MUST stay attached to the van (for insurance purposes ): needs to be retracted if a threat of serious wind. Two guy lines / pegs supplied to stabilize awning. b. Two chairs / folding table. 8. Two 12 volt batteries. 9. Basic pantry: - tea; coffee; salt; pepper; cling wrap; foil; dishwash liquid; toilet paper; and maybe a few bits n bobs gathered along the way..eg: vegemite!

- • Please return the van as you found it.
- • Toilet cassette is to be empty and clean. If not additional charge of $100.00 will be incurred.
- • No smoking in the van please
- • Not to be used OffRoad.
- • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- • Hirers must provide details of their experience, as reversing and set up does require some knowledge.
- • You must enjoy yourselves 😊

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Justin 5.0Thank you to Helen and David, the van Sally is absolutely fantastic! Helen has organised everything absolutely beautifully. Everything that you need to go away and make your trip away so much enjoyable. From each step picking up the van, to Towing it then arriving at the destination setting up the van. Everything works. The Aircon was absolutely fantastic. Helen has made some cheat sheets of information that really helped if youre not sure about anything. Ill be definitely making another booking again soon.
