This was our first van hire and what a great start! Helen was lovey and explained everything perfectly. The van was clean, comfy and easy to use. We had a wonderful weekend with Sally and would do it again in a heart beat!! Thanks Helen for a wonderful first hiring experience

Not there yet. Van deferred due to North Coast floods and SES advice. Have deferred till mid july. Find Camplify web site confusing and cryptic. Not easy if you are over about twelve and have limited web access

Helen was fantastic to deal with. She provided a very detailed pre-hire walk around of Sally and was responsive to my one question while we were out travelling. When I returned the van, we agreed on a pragmatic solution to repair some minor damage that I caused, and that would not impact on her next customer. She was also very understanding/empathetic of the situation. I would have no issues in recommending in recommending Helens Sally to anyone and would love to hire from Helen again. Thank you Helen!!

Helen was faultless in her handover of the van, we had everything down to a FAQ guide just in case we forgot where things were. The van was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. We had an unpowered site for 5 days and we were able to run the fridge, lights and have a shower/toilet. Great little van that traveled well. Thank you Helen.

We hired Sally for a week in a sea side caravan park. Whilst compact, the van had everything you need. It was easy to set up, and towed well behind a Ford Everest. Helen gave excellent hand over instructions, and there were some cheat sheets if required. Overall we had an excellent adventure in Sally.

The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed in it, Helen was great to deal with and we would hire again from her no questions asked 5stars from us :-)
