To keep the caravan clean and comfortable for the next guests: * Covers must be placed on all sleeping areas and the lounge seating * All dog hair and dirt must be cleaned up before checkout BEFORE BOOKING: Please make sure you have a vehicle with an electronic brake controller and a 12 pin flat connection OR a suitable adapter for the 12pin to whichever your car has. Your vehicle will need a minimum towing capacity ATM 3500kg. Please do not hire if you have not towed a caravan before or you cannot be sure if your car meets towing requirements. No monies will be refunded shall you turn up and not be able to tow the van. We are happy to deliver the van and set up for you, however additional costs apply.
