The space: • Sleeps 2–4 comfortably • Front French-style queen bed (1450 x 1920mm) with storage and reading lights - this area can be closed off with a roller door for extra privacy • Large U-shaped dinette that converts to a second bed (fits 2 adults or up to 3 kids) • Bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin • Kitchenette with 3-burner gas cooktop, 3-way fridge/freezer, sink and microwave • Reverse-cycle air-conditioning (240V) • Big windows and a light, modern interior make the space feel open and airy • Fully insulated for both snow trips and hot-weather camping • Camping Around Australia (5th edition) guidebook with 3,000+ campsites included • 130L fresh water tank for extended off-grid stays • TV, AM/FM Radio/CD Player • Full Oven/Stovetop (Gas) • Microwave Oven • Tow Ball lock provided We include basic kitchen gear (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, wineglasses, watersmate, can opener etc.), mattress protectors and cleaning products so you don’t have to pack your entire house. ⸻ Outdoor living: Slide out the retractable awning, roll out the outdoor mat and you’ve got your own little outdoor lounge room. We supply: • Outdoor table and chairs • Awning • Outdoor BBQ firepit • External 240V and Gas Bayonet outlets (when on mains or generator) • Gas BBQ (at extra cost) It’s our favourite thing: park near the beach, open the windows, sit under the awning with a drink and just be. ⸻ Off-grid & powering the caravan: • We’ve upgraded the batteries from 100Ah to 276Ah, so you can comfortably run lights, water pump, toilet flush, fans, control panels, some USB sockets, TV and radio off-grid for many days. • A 200W portable, foldable solar panel with Anderson plug is provided free to help keep your batteries charged. • You can connect to a 15A power point (15m cable supplied) or hire our 2kVA inverter generator for off-grid stays to run the reverse-cycle air-conditioning (240V), power points, fridge, microwave, kettle, hot water, heater and for battery charging – $15.00 per day. • Two 9kg gas bottles are supplied. They power the fridge, cooktop, grill/oven, hot water, heater and external BBQ (via the external gas bayonet). • The fridge will cool on 12V only while you are towing (car engine running and Anderson plug connected to your car, if fitted). • There is a voltage gauge inside the caravan. As a guide: • 12.90–13.00V ≈ 100% • 12.20V ≈ 50% • 12.00V ≈ 30% → at this point, stop discharging further and either plug into 15A power, connect the 200W solar panel (free) or use the generator. • Fresh water hose, Grey water waste hose, Levelling Ramps, Wheel Chocks, Cross Check Caravan Leveller provided free of charge • 12V charge for 2xUSB and 1xUSB-C outlets provided so you can charge your phones of 12V battery ⸻ Sleeping setup: Front bed – this area can be closed off with a roller door for extra privacy. • Fixed French queen bed (1450 x 1920mm) • Storage under the bed and overhead cupboards • Windows on both sides for airflow Converted dinette • Large U-shaped lounge converts to a double (or 3 smaller kids) • Great as a family lounge in the day and extra bedroom at night ⸻ What’s included: • Crockery, cutlery, basic kitchen utensils • Pots, pans, kettle, toaster • Toilet chemicals and cleaning kit • Mattress protectors on all beds • Wireless handheld vacuum cleaner Just bring your clothes, food and either your own linen or choose the linen extra. ⸻ Optional extras: You can set these up as “extras” in Camplify: • Linen package – $50.00 per booking Fresh sheets, pillowcases, doonas/blankets and towels for all guests. • Delivery & setup – $2.00 per km (return trip), min. $100.00 Don’t want to tow? We can deliver and fully set up ZenNest at your site (subject to availability). • 2kVA inverter generator – $15.00 per day Perfect for off-grid stays when you still want to charge devices and run 240V appliances within limits. • “Clean the van for me” – $100.00 per booking If you’d rather relax on your last day, select this and we’ll handle the main cleaning (excluding toilet). • Toilet cassette empty & clean – $100.00 per booking Choose this extra if you don’t want to visit the dump point at the end of your trip. ⸻ Towing: (if you’re towing yourself) ZenNest is a lightweight European caravan and tows beautifully. We currently tow it with a Subaru Forester, but you must make sure your own vehicle’s towing capacity is suitable. • Electric brake controller is NOT required due to lightweight • 50mm Tow ball • No off-road tracks or beach driving • Sealed roads and good access roads only • Caravan has 7pin plug and Anderson plug for charging the batteries while towing. We’re happy to talk through the towing side if you’re unsure. ⸻ Who ZenNest is perfect for: • Couples wanting a comfy, modern base instead of a basic camper • Small families who like the idea of caravan parks, beaches and road trips • People who appreciate clean, near-new interiors and a bit of “zen” on holiday We love using ZenNest ourselves, so we keep it in excellent condition and ask guests to treat it with the same care.

Hiring rules

• Minimum 3 days hire
• Minimum age 23+ with full driver’s licence
• NO SMOKING inside the van
• NO PETS inside (outdoor by prior agreement only, if permitted by the parks)
• BATTERIES: Please avoid discharging the batteries below 30%, as this can cause premature failure. You have almost three times the factory capacity (276Ah), so it should be easy to keep them above 30% charge. AGM batteries were installed brand new in November 2025.
• EMERGENCY: If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300416133 they will call the NRMA roadside assistance or insurance. Then call me!
• Please report any damage, even small things – it helps keep ZenNest in great shape for everyone. We will require: Who, Where, When, What got damaged for insurance purposes.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/. All unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• STABILISERS: Once parked, use the crosscheck caravan level provided (free of charge) to level the van with the levelling ramps and wheel chocks. When the caravan is level, wind down the stabilisers using the supplied winding handle/crank. WARNING: Do not try to lift the caravan by overcranking the stabilisers – this will damage the thread.
• Please return the van in same condition as picked up, with toilet cassette emptied (unless you’ve chosen the cleaning extras) to avoid incurring a cleaning charge.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.
