If so please provide details TOWING - What is your level of towing experience? - What is your towing vehicle? - Do you have a 12 or 7 pin trailer connection? - Do you have an Anderson 12 Volt connection on your tow vehicle? Please note: Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may need to cancel it to open those dates up for other hirers. Di Nero includes ; - Cozy sleeping quarters, internal bed area is 1900m x 1400mm. Enough room for a couple and child - External shower with hot water, 40L fresh water tank - 100 Ah Power supply, USB and power outlets - Fully loaded kitchenette including gas cook stove and pantry items - A huge breath taking moonroof to enjoy stargazing and natural light -Gazebo and privacy block out side (available for hire ) - Board games - Jenga, scrabble and twister - Large matt, 2 x chairs & picnic table - Fold out camp kitchen/table - Gas stove available

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking inside
  • No equipment to be stored inside while transit, secured duffle bags and soft materials are ok however everything else should be stowed in your vehicle.
  • Please clean preparation/kitchen area after use and be carful of water/spills as the electronics are underneath.
  • Di Nero is not manufactured for offroad driving. Grass and light gravel is ok at low speed to get to rest location. Any gazetted road or dirt roads that a standard car can access are ok.
  • Kitchenette in the camper is fine to use for small meals however please cook outside the caravan for all substantial meals, otherwise an additional fee may need to be charged for cleaning smoke and grease off or damage.
  • Please report any damage immediately please, we understand accidents happen. The quicker damage is reported the quicker we can fix it for our next hire
  • For any emergencies, stay safe & call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 they will call the NRMA.
  • Please treat Di Nero like it's your own as he is brand new!
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
