Light and easy to tow, this unique teardrop camper is comfortable, practical and perfect for a quick getaway or extended road trip. No electrical braking system is required as it only has a Tare weight of 480kg, and can be easily towed by most vehicles. Bucko is loaded with features that will get you enjoying the outdoors with minimal fuss. From the large 270 degree awning that sets up in 30 second, to a fully kitted out rear kitchen ready to cook up a storm, the camper is hired out with everything you need to enjoy your time. Relax in a camp chair with a glass of wine and after the sun sets, snuggle in for some Netflix or free to air TV on the comfortable Queen size bed. As the sun rises boil the kettle and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee before you start another day of adventuring or just relaxing at camp. Special towing information

Can be towed by most vehicles. No electronic brake controller required. Standard 7 pin flat trailer plug. Towing vehicle must have a minimum unbraked towing capacity of 600kgs If you prefer not to tow there is the option of having the camper delivered and set up at the site of your choice. Once holiday is over the camper will be picked up. Select 'Delivered' when booking.

- Matress, matress protector and bottom sheet are included. Hirers must bring their own doona/sleeping bags and pillows. Or select linen as an optional extra if you want these provided. - Optional extra - Oztent RV3 (Annex). This is perfect for storing bags / clothes or can be used as the kids sleeping area whilst also providing a place to sit out of the weather. This tent is very easy to set up, and is a good choice for extended trips. $15.00 per night (select annex as optional extra). See pictures for details. - This camper has a 100Ah AGM battery that powers the fridge, lighting, fans, smart tv and USB charging (these are all 12V). A fixed roof mounted 250W solar panel charges the battery during the day. It's great for unpowered camping sites. If desired it also has the ability to be plugged into mains power. You will then be able to run your appliances such hair dryers, laptops, electric blankets etc with a power board inside the cabin, and one in the kitchen.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We hired Evans Bucko square drop camper for 4-weeks and took it around Tasmania. Evan was very responsive to all our many questions, before, during and after the trip. He fixed up a few things to make it easier for our small car to tow, including buying some wheel ramps to raise our tow bar for easy hitching and unhitching. The camper itself was fantastic! Well stocked, roomy, and in great condition. Myself, my husband and our 6yo son slept comfortably in the camper. Would highly recommend Evans camper for any trip you might be considering - long or short! Thanks Evan for great service and a great product!

    Fantastic Van!! Would hire again in a heartbeat. It was perfect for our 9 day get away. Super cosy, well equipped, fridge works amazingly, never ran out of battery I could go on and on just a wonderful experience. Bed was very comfortable and the 270 awning perfect for sun and rain protection. Van size meant if was super easy to tow, easy to manoeuvre and light on the fuel. We are both 6ft and still had plenty of room on the queen sized bed. Thanks so much Evan!

    Used this tear drop multiple times. It never disappoints. Easy to tow, comfy bed and great awning and cooking area. Host is great to work with.
