Hiring rules
- * No smoking or vaping is permitted inside
- the caravan.
- * An additional $175.00 charge will apply if toilet cassettes are not emptied upon return.
- * Additional cleaning fees may apply if the caravan is returned with bins unemptied, or if cutlery, utensils, and accessories have not been cleaned.
- * Damage to the complimentary extras (board games, camping furniture etc) will be charged as a new for old replacement cost
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rebecca 5.0Carls Van and communications were excellent, had everything we needed. Very clean, I had ordered linen and the beds were all made. I appreciated that! He forgot the towels and went back for them. Especially liked the reading lights with usb to charge phones etc. Everything was seamless. Thank you again!
