Additional information
No smoking or vaping inside the van at any time. Additional fees will be charged if this is ignored We love pets and they are permitted but not allowed on beds or furniture. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if this is found to be ignored. Please ensure the awning is tied down once set up and in storms or strong winds it is put away completely to avoid damage. Damage to the awning will need to be reported immediately. We are happy to deliver and set up (for additional fees) but this will need to be negotiated depending on our work schedules. We prefer pickup between 4-7pm weekdays and anytime weekends but happy to work with you, please send a message If anything isnt working as it should be or is damaged upon use, please report it as soon as possible Our Malibu will come with fully charged batteries and full water tanks if required, please let us know. Please ensure loose items are secured prior to towing the van to avoid damage, things will move and roll around during towing. Please make sure all doors are latched and all cupboards are closed, windows are closed and locked prior to moving. Please return the bbq clean, we have provided all bbq cleaning utensils for you. If we need to clean it for you, this will be charged at $100.00. Please empty the toilet cassette prior to returning the caravan. Most caravan parks have dump points to do so. If we need to do this for you, please select it as an optional extra. If its found to not be done on return, this will be charged at $200.00. Please clean the van on return. It must be as free as possible of dirt, dust, sand and pet hair. A cleaning fee of $300.00 will apply if this is not adhered to.
Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the van
- Pets permitted but please message me for approval prior. No pets to be on any furniture and definately not on beds or couches.
- Additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply if toilet isnt dumped prior to return
- We take pride in our van so please clean it to the best of your ability to the state it was in when given to you
- We are flexible and happy to help or answer any questions, please feel free to reach out
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
