Additional information
The van is off road and requires experience in towing due to its size and weight. We will be delivering and setting up the van for you in a 50km radios from Bli Bli. If you require the drop off to be further than 50km there will be an extra fee, for this please enquire to make sure we can accommodate.
Hiring rules
- To make your holiday stressfree, we provide full towing and setup of the van at your preferred Sunshine Coast location.
- Selftowing is unavailable. Additional charges apply during QLD school holidays.
- Longer Hire Discounts:
- 10% off for 14 days or longer hires
- 10% off for all hires for repeat customers
- Discounts are applied after the booking request is received and accepted.
- Hiring Rules
- Your caravan will be delivered clean and with the toilet cassette emptied.
- If you prefer not to clean the van or empty the toilet cassette before collection, please select the appropriate cleaning options from the extra products menu.
- A cleaning fee will apply if the van or toilet is not returned in clean condition.
- Please note:
- Cleaning the toilet includes both the portable cassette and the toilet unit.
- Smoking in or around the van is not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted in the Van.

- The Caravan has:
- Fly screens on all windows to keep the bugs out.
- Air con when on a powered site.
- Nespresso machine when on a powered site.
- Washing machine when on powered site.
- Cleaning products.
- Fitted sheets are provided on all beds. Pillows and sheets can be added as an extra. (We understand some people prefer to bring their own sheets there for we only provide the fitted sheets)
- If you chose the linen extra it will include : Pillows, sheets and blankets (In Winter) and 4 shower towels.
- A Weber Baby Q bbq can be hired as an optional extra.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We like to have the comfort creatures of feeling at home in our caravan with no hassles. We are so blessed to call one of the most beautiful places in Australia home, the Sunshine Coast.
