**Only available for pick up/drop off outside business hours and anytime on weekends** The van is cleaned thoroughly, cleaning supplies and hand wash provided. Our modern 2020 Vacationer Rough Rider Caravan comes to you with all of the following inclusions: Appliances - Reverse cycle air con - Front loader 4kg washing machine - TV that can be used inside and outside van (if used outside, we ask that it is always moved back inside when not in use.) - Bluetooth stereo with internal & external speakers - Sirocco fans located throughout Kitchen & Dining - Full size fridge/freezer - Gas oven and cooktop - induction cooktop - Microwave - Coffee machine including pods - Water purifier on kitchen sink - Leather lounge with adjustable table (can be converted into a bed) - Convenient kitchen complete with kettle, coffee pod machine, toaster, utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, beer coolers, pots, crockery, chopping boards, mixing bowls, clothes basket, pegs, clothesline. - Cleaning equipment ie broom, dustpan, mop, cleaning spray, sponge etc - Basic pantry including salt & pepper, tea & coffee Sleeping - Full size queen mattress - Double bunks that are long enough for an adult - Dining table converts to a single bed - Linen upon request. A queen size mattress protector & 2 single mattress protectors will be provided. Storage The queen bed and club lounge both have ample storage underneath. There is also hanging space and cupboards for the main bed and large shelved cupboard for the bunks. The kitchen has plenty of pantry storage above the club lounge. Shower/Toilet Toilet including toilet chemicals. (We ask that this be emptied before the van is picked up, an additional fee will be charged if the van is picked up with a full cassette.) Medicine cabinet (perfect for make-up, toothbrushes etc) & storage cupboards Full sized shower with instant hot water External Amenities - Gas Hot Water System - External Hot/Cold Shower - Retractable Awning with anti-flap kit - Ground Mat - Outdoor TV bracket & aerial connection - External lighting - 240V power in connection & mains water connection - Large Tool Box including Generator Slide - Fresh water hose, grey waste hose & 15amp power lead provided - Levelling ramps, wheel chocks, awning guide ropes, pegs, hammer plus more provided Optional Extras Linen - Sheets, doonas, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and tea towels can be supplied for an extra fee of $75.00 for the entire stay. WE DO NOT SUPPLY PILLOWS ☺️ Annex If you need that extra space while camping why not include the annex in your booking. An excellent second area for your luxury camping experience. Location We are located in Cooroibah, 10 minutes from Noosa River. Entertainment We will have a multitude of games to keep everyone from the adults to the children occupied. Off Grid We currently are not offering the van for off grid camping. Service Fee Covers the amenities and small damages (ie wine glasses etc). We will give you a handover on how everything works and will be available during your hire for any questions. We are available all year round on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, perfect no matter what time of the year you decide you need some down time. Please note that to use the AC & fridge you will need to book a site with 240v power available.

Hiring rules

• Hirer must handover the caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet emptied and rinsed. All items (excluding linen) to be washed and put back into place otherwise a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the van or annex.
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
• No pets.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises (we will run you through this and have a video on hand).
• During peak season, rentals will be on a weekly basis.
• Service fee This fee covers the costs of each hire including restocking of kitchen & bathroom items, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like the clean up of mud, sand or salt or the empty of a used toilet cassette.
