We have a 5-day minimum during holiday periods, we are happy to do shorter periods in some cases like filling a gap between longer bookings during this time. * For customers that would like the 'Tow option' a large 4wd/ vehicle is required with fitted electric brakes and 12 pin plug. Experience in towing is required.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in van
  • No fish cleaning in van sink
  • No pets
  • Awning must be retracted when high winds are forecasted
  • No offroad or free camping, site must be powered unless pre approved.
  • Toilet is to be emptied and cleaned properly ($250.00 cleaning fee applies if not adhered to)
  • To be cleaned prior to return
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We enjoyed our stay and the van suited a short getaway. There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly around cleanliness and maintenance. During pack-up, one stabiliser leg came apart while being wound up under normal use. We reported this and returned all parts. With a bit more attention to maintenance and presentation, this could be a great van for future hires.

    Although my hire of the van wasn't for a holiday but a place to call home after the floods for a few months. The owners were so helpful easy to deal with and went out of there way to drop it off and no problem was any trouble. The van had everything a family could need including a washing machine and Bluetooth speakers on the outside of the van to have a groove in the annex highlight for my teenage daughter. Highly recommend this van for your next adventure
