Additional information
We no longer deliver, it is pick up only. You must have towing experience to hire with us. Our location is less then 5 mins off the pacific highway on the buckets way, twelve mile creek at Limeburners Creek 2324. Electric Brake unit & extended mirrors are to be used during the hire, unless you have your own there will be no need to hire these from us. We do supply mattress protectors, floor rugs, hand towels, Shower mat, tea towels, & cleaning products. Please send us a message for more information if needed. There is an excess to be paid by the hirer if something was to happen while on hire. Our insurance is with Camplify.
Hiring rules
- ~ No Pets
- ~ No Smoking inside the caravan
- ~ Awning MUST be brought in during high winds/ extreme weather conditions.
- ~ No adults on Upper bunk
- ~ Caravan must be in the same condition as when it went out hired on return or observe the extra products cleaning fee ($150.00)
- Please empty bins & toilet at a dump point
- Please read over the cancellation policy
- Please drive carefully, remember you have a caravan behind you.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
