*We have a 5-day minimum during holiday periods; we are happy to do shorter periods in some cases like filling a gap between longer bookings during this time. * We require vans to be on a powered site, unless approved. * For customers that would like the 'Tow option' a large 4wd/ vehicle is required with fitted electric brakes and 12 pin plug. Experience in towing is required.

  • Awning must be retracted when high winds are forecasted
  • No offroad or free camping, must be connected to power (unless pre approved).
  • Toilet is to be emptied and cleaned properly ($250.00 cleaning fee applies if not adhered to)

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    An incredible family holiday, the Van was perfect, super clean, comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Mark delivered and set up the Van for us, which made our holiday much more relaxing. Would highly recommend.
