We have a 7-day minimum during holiday periods, we are happy to do shorter periods in some cases like filling a gap between longer bookings during this time. * For customers that would like the 'Tow option' a large 4wd/ vehicle is required with fitted electric brakes and 12 pin plug. Experience in towing is required.

  • No fish cleaning in van sink
  • No pets inside
  • Awning must be retracted when high winds are forecasted
  • No offroad
  • Toilet is to be emptied and cleaned properly ($250.00 cleaning fee applies if not adhered to)
  • To be cleaned prior to return
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
