• kick back is a full off road Victory 19.6 foot caravan 2024 model. Come and explore the Newcastle, hunter valley, port Stephens and Mid Coast or anywhere in Australia you want to travel.
• DELIVERY We can deliver kick back to your chosen location up to 100km from Medowie for a minimum fee of $300.00, for every km after that it will be charged at $2.00 per/km, just let us know where and we will let you know our relocation fee.
• PICKUP LOCATION
• Pick up location is Medowie 2318
• 30 mins from Newcastle
• 15 mins from Newcastle airport

• KITCHEN AND DINING
• You can cook and eat inside or outside!I It has a cooktop with 1 electric burner & 3 gas with a gas oven(please do not use the grill as it leaves a long lasting smell).

• Please cover your food to avoid unnecessary cleaning.
• KITCHEN
• has a large bench inside and outside under the awning and allows more space on the table.
• PORTABLE BBQ
• will be ready for you to cook out side on the BBQ ARM
• provided that attaches to the jockey wheel(NOT ON THE PICNIC TABLE attached to the van its plastic it will melt).
• FRIDGE FREEZER
• is inside and ice cube tray is provided.
• SINK
• Sink has hot and cold water and FILTERED WATER.
• Cookware wine glasses/plates/bowls/mugs, cutlery,utencils,pots,grater,chopping boards and cheese platter utencils are all provided for your comfort,
• A cocktail book and games are also included for happy hour.
• PANTRY filled with cooking oil (for use on BBQ outside),tea ,coffee,tomato and BBQ sauce ,sugar,salt and pepper,
• CLEANING
• spray and wipe,dishwashing supplies,dust pan,broom, mop and a bin for rubbish provided(please empty the bin regular to avoid unwanted smells).
• ENSUITE
• The full size ensuite has a toilet/shower and basin with plenty of room and storage,
• The toilet must be cleaned (inside and out)plus emptied before it is returned, you can select the extra to have the toilet cleaned for you. Toilet cartridge not emptied or cleaned will occur a $250.00 fee.
• Toilet not cleaned on return will occur a fee of $150.00.
• CLEANING
• kick back will be cleaned inside and out (including floors swept and mopped) when you collect it from us if you have selected "clean the van for me"this will be sorted for you when you return. However, if you have advised us that you will be cleaning the van yourself ,you are required to return the van the way it was given to you ,don`t stress you can change your mind just let us know so we can make these changes to your booking.
• OFF GRID
• the solar panels make it easy to go off grid for about 2 weeks without charging,
• if you want 240v power a 20m 15amp electrical lead is provided for air conditioning.
• STORAGE large slide out pantry shelving, drawers, storage under the queen bed,2x fuel/water drum holders and 2 xlarge compartments at the front of the van,
• SERVICE FEE
• covers the cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, tomato and BBQ sauce, Linen ,gas bottles, outdoor table and camp chairs, bath and beach towels wear and tear.
• *HIRING RULES*

• LONG TRIPS hirers are welcome to take the van on long trips or extended periods of time please ask about our discounts for over 30 day durations.
• !CHECK
• All doors and windows, hatches on roof and awning are secured properly to avoid any unwanted damage and extra charges.
• (lock everything)make sure the gas bottles are turned off,
• remove power lead, drainage hose and water hose,
• make sure all towing connections and chains are correct,
• raise stabilizer feet BBQ arm and jockey wheel before traveling.
• Off ROAD
• NO TAKING CARAVAN ON BEACHES ITS ONLY GOING TO END BADLY. You need approval for off road hire,
• extended gravel roads may cause damage to van,
• smoking or vaping in van is NOT permitted.
• CLEANING
• Clean the equipment you use, please take all of you rubbish with you,there is a bin for your general rubbish its only a small bin,
• excessive cleaning will incur the extra product cleaning fee of $150.00 or $199.00 for van and bathroom.
• COOKING WITH BBQ AND GAS
• Be sure the gas is off and secured away before driving. All hires include gas bottles upon departure. If Portable BBQ is to be used instead of cooking inside please make sure the BBQ IS CLEANED inside and out before packing it away.
• *Upon placing you booking request, please advise your location of travel and how may people and or pets 2x pets maximum will be sleeping in the van, this will help ensure we have everything you need prior to travel.
• If you are towing the caravan we will also need to know your tow capacity and if you have electric brake capabilities to hire the caravan.
• Discounts offered for repeat customers and extended durations.
• hirer must be 25yrs old and over for insurance purposes.

  We definitely recommend this van!! Brad and Kylie at Kick Back are experienced caravan owners. We stayed in their beautiful caravan for the weekend at Stockton Beach Caravan Park. It looked brand-new; exquisitely clean, with all the comforts of home. Kylie made it look just like the brochures. I was extremely impressed when Kylie said she uses eucalyptus spray to disinfect the mattress and all bedding explains why it looked and smelt so fresh. We had one question over the weekend and Brad answered immediately using the Camplify app, even offered to come down and show us if we needed help. His advice was spot on, so we didnt but his offer made us feel very supported.

  Unfortunately , we had an issue with the door of the van with the door handle coming off and locking my husband inside on the first morning and after owner repaired , we were too concerned to lock it for the rest of our time as it was catching and felt it would break again so luckily we were in grandparents yard as we would not have been able to secure the van without risk of locking us in or out . We had advised the owner the door lock was catching at the top and the solid door would not stay clipped when you closed the door , so the first night was freezing as solid door would not stay attached to the screen .You can imagine how ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED I was to then receive a bill from Camplify insurance to replace the handle after the owner had a spare which was used to replace the broken one at the time , as previous hirers had also had issues with the door . The insurance feels like a way of owners getting parts replaced at the Hirers expense . Unfortunately , this has ruined our first and what will now be our only Camplify experience .

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kick Back - it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Brad and Kylie were very easy to deal with and communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

  Brad and Kylie were amazing, they greeted us and made us feel welcomed from the get go.. Brad explained everything very well, and provided all the equipment needed for a very smooth set up. highly recommended, we will definitely be back to hire from Brad..
