SERVICE FEE This includes handover instructions (allow up to 1 hour for this), gas for the van and toilet chemicals. It does not cover any cleaning costs. If you choose to tow the caravan, ensure your vehicle has a towing capacity of at least 3,000 kg. OUR DELIVERY AND SET UP OPTION We offer delivery from Glenvale, 4350. Each delivery based on google maps fastest route to your site, at a charge of $2.00 per km. A $180.00 set up fee will need to be added which includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. For any bookings that require delivery to the Toowoomba Showgrounds, there will only be a $180.00 set up fee. The van must be returned clean, tidy and toilet emptied. If you are unable or simply do not want to clean the van's interior and exterior, you can choose to pay the Clean the Van for Me option. If you choose not to empty the toilet you can select 'Clean the Van for Me (including toilet)' option. If the van is not cleaned upon return and the cleaning option has not been selected, you will be in breach of the cleaning rules. If the van is a complete mess including underbody, these extra fees will be deducted from your bond. Therefore you will be required to pay a cleaning fee. Please be mindful of these requirements.

Hiring rules

• Toilet MUST be emptied and cleaned upon return or extra fees will be added.
• No smoking in the caravan.
• No beach travel or beach camping.
• Caravan is to be returned as clean as hired.
• Any damage must be reported, even minor damage.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
