The jorney has everything you need Just bring clothes and food and be on your way! Including - Air fryer - Microwave - All kitchen utensils (even measuring cups, tongs, chopping boards, knifes, forks, cups, spoons etc. - Kettle (both electric and gas) - Toaster - Pots and pans - Fry pan OUTSIDE - Ground mat - Awning walls and privacy screens - All hoses etc including filter

• PICK UP AND DROPOFF TIMES: Contact myself to organise time (can be flexible)
• Pricing is charged per DAY not per NIGHT.
• HIRE RATES:
• OFF PEAK RATE: $99.00/day (All other dates) 3 day Minimum Hire
• PEAK RATE: $130.00/day (school holidays 6day minimum) (long weekends 4day minimum).
• Hirer must empty the toilet and clean the caravan returning it in the same clean condition as it started in. If not extra cleaning charge applies max $199.00.
• Our vans are Strictly Non Smoking Vans returned with campfire/cigarette smoke smell will incur extra cleaning fees.
• Awning must be packed away before any bad weather arises.
• OFF ROAD includes beach and unsealed roads. These trips can be negotiated and may incur extra cleaning fees.
• Any Beach Trips where the van is taken onto Sand will be required to be thoroughly cleaned underneath.
• or a receipt of beach car wash is sufficient.
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will be in touch with the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The service fee includes the electric brake controller, gas for the vans and a standard prehandover clean. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can to pay the $199.00 'clean the van for me in the options. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable.
• WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER?
• The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable.
• INSURANCE:
• All our caravans are comprehensively insured and, our caravans are designed to, and are permitted for some offroad use (upon strict prior agreement). Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused from offroad use. We have chosen to make minimum hire age 21. You may contact Camplify regarding an option to reduce this liability.

  A well equipped van, setup with all the utensils and odds and ends you may need, salt pepper, sugar, paper towels, pots pans, cutlery cooking oil, bug spray. Kieran was great to deal with, gave me the essential info and some " what to look out for" for indicators that power is connected correctly etc - which turned out to be invaluable not due to any fault of equipment provided but a dodgey power socket that I plugged the van into and ended up using the gas to run a fridge as a interim solution. Van towed really well, and didn't feel to heavy as tow ball weight. This van priced competitively and has signs of wear consistent with being used as a hire van with general use. Keiran also provided Linnen, and probably would have supplied pillows or towels if I had of asked, next time around I will remember to either ask or bring from home. Overall great experience, with great facility and with most campaign try and improve every time

  The Jayco Outback Journey was a great van to hire and was very easy to tow and maneuver but most importantly Kieran was great to deal with. We are looking forward to hiring from him again.

  I have used Kieran's vans a few times now and he really makes the whole process so easy. Will definitely be using him again and recommending him. The van itself was just so good had everything we needed.
