Hiring rules
- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these important guidelines when hiring Journey Lane:
- đ ď¸ Respect the Van: Please treat our luxury van with the same care and respect as you would your own home.
- 𧟠Clean Return: The van must be returned in the same clean condition as it was at pickup. Cleaning equipment is provided. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if the interior is returned soiled.
- đł Cooking Guidelines: While the van includes an internal oven and cooktop, we kindly ask that you use the outdoor kitchen instead of the oven.
- đ No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the van and under the awning.
- đ˝ Toilet Use: The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before return. A $100.00 fee will apply if not done.
- đž No Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the van at any time.
- đď¸ Linen: Linen is not provided unless selected as an addon. Linen hire is $75.00 and includes sheets, quilts, quilt covers, and pillows for 2 x bunks and 1 x queen bed. A tea towel and 1 x bathroom floor mat are included in the standard hire at no extra cost (you must bring your own towels).
- đż Shower Use: The shower exhaust fan and vent must be open and turned on while showering to prevent mould. Please wipe down the shower area after use.
- đ˝ď¸ Kitchen Cleanliness: All plates, cutlery, and cooking equipment (incl fridge) must be washed and returned in the same clean condition you found them.
- đŚď¸ Awning Use: The awning must be rolled in every night and at all times during bad weather, including high winds, to prevent damage.
- We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Journey Lane in top condition for all adventurers. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out!
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Dylan 5.0Journey Lane was perfect for our week get away. Brad and Nic were super accommodating and dropped the van off and also set it up for us. Great little layout for us and our 2 yr old son. Plenty of rainy day games stored in there as we got a fair bit of rain for the first half of the getaway. Thanks again guys we will definitely book again.

Teena 5.0Brad and Nic delivered a lovely van to Glenreagh Showground for my daughter and grandsons to stay in so they could help me celebrate my 70th birthday. The van was in lovely condition and the children thoroughly enjoyed the comfort. More than happy to recommend this van.
