Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Ray was friendly and great with communication. He arrived on time and so the van was all set up when I arrived. The van was clean and well cared for. Everything worked well and it has everything you need like pots etc. This was the second time I have hired Ray's van and I would Happily hire it again.

    The van was perfect, Ray was extremely helpful and made it so easy. He did the little extras that I wouldnt have thought about or expected so 5 stars from us for the van itself and the service. We would definitely rebook in the future. Thank you

    Absolutely fantastic!!!!! Ray supplied all the information I required as this was the first time we have rented a van. The van was exactly what we were looking for, clean and tidy with everything we needed. If youre looking to rent a van for your next trip away I cannot recommend Ray more highly. Were already planning next year and wont be looking anywhere else other than another stay in the fantastic outback George through Ray. Awesome van, awesome bloke and an awesome time. Thanks so much Ray, youre a legend.

    Great van and Ray was excellent with communication and assistance with all aspects of the van. Some treats left in the fridge at the start of the holiday were much appreciated too

    We had a great time in the Van for a week over christmas. Ray was organised and easy to deal with and came and set up and packed up for us with nothing to worry about. took all the stress away and was more than enough room for my family of 4.
