Additional information
This is our family fun adventure home (it’s very special to us) and so we ask you do your best to care for and respect it. Caravans are more fragile than houses and so door & window fittings, plumbing fixtures and other accessories need a little more gentle care than in a typical house. The van is to be left clean at the conclusion of each hire. Special notes and conditions: - if roasting in the oven items must be covered to avoid excess splattering, $50.00 additional cleaning fee will apply if the oven or stove aren’t left really clean. LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS YOU SELECT THAT OPTION WHEN HIRING. you will need to bring: - all bedding (mattresses with mattress protectors are provided) - towels and face washes (The van is supplied with cleaning products, dish clothes and tea towels).
Hiring rules
- Shorter bookings will be accepted if it's either:
- outside NSW school holidays
- filling an availability gap on the booking calendar.
- Delivery fee is calculated as $3.00 per km measured from Coffs Harbour to your campsite location.
- Strictly nosmoking.
- Caravan must be left clean with all dishes packed away and toilet cassette serviced.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
