OFF-ROAD TRAVEL The Lifestyle Iconn E4 is a genuine Australian-built off-road hybrid and may be taken on approved unsealed roads. Please include your proposed travel itinerary with your booking request, including any remote locations or side tracks. While we welcome off-road touring, some tracks and destinations are not approved due to insurance and safety requirements. To protect both the caravan and your tow vehicle, correct tyre pressures are essential. You will require a heavy-duty air compressor and accurate tyre pressure gauge to safely adjust tyre pressures when transitioning between sealed and unsealed roads. If you don't have this equipment, we have quality air compressors available for hire. The hirer is responsible for any damage sustained while travelling off-road, including (but not limited to): * Tyre punctures * Stone damage * Scratches * Suspension damage * Overheated shock absorbers caused by incorrect tyre pressures or excessive speed When entering tight campsites or heavily vegetated areas, we strongly recommend using a spotter to help guide your vehicle and caravan, reducing the risk of accidental damage. OUR PREMIUM PREPARATION Every caravan is professionally prepared by The Dirt Off Road Campers before your adventure begins. Following each hire, our workshop carries out a comprehensive mechanical inspection and safety check to ensure every guest receives a caravan presented to the highest standard. A once-per-hire Service Fee applies to cover this professional preparation. CLEANING We take great pride in presenting our hire caravans in immaculate condition and ask that they are returned in the same clean condition, both inside and out. Cleaning products are supplied with the caravan for your convenience throughout your trip. If you'd prefer a hassle-free return, optional cleaning packages are available when booking under Extra Products. Caravans returned in an unacceptable condition will incur additional cleaning charges. For hires longer than one week, additional toilet chemical may be required and can be purchased from The Dirt Off Road Campers before departure. • Pets
• We understand that dogs are part of the family. Nonshedding dogs may be considered upon request.
• Please include your dog's breed and age when submitting your booking enquiry.
• To help us maintain the caravan to our high standard for future guests, any caravan returned with excessive dog hair or evidence of petrelated damage will incur additional cleaning or repair charges.
• Cats are not permitted.
• Driver Requirements
• For insurance purposes, the primary hirer must:
• * Be at least 25 years of age
• * Hold a current Full Driver's Licence
• * Have previous experience towing a camper trailer or caravan
• As part of your booking enquiry, we'll ask a few questions about your towing experience and tow vehicle to ensure the Lifestyle Iconn E4 is the right fit for your adventure.
• Smoking & Fire Safety
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in or around the caravan at all times.
• When camping, please position the caravan and awning a safe distance from campfires, fire pits and solid fuel cooking equipment. Flying embers can permanently damage paintwork, windows, canvas and awning fabric, and any resulting damage will be the responsibility of the hirer.
• Stone Protection
• A Stone Stomper stone guard is supplied with every hire and must be fitted whenever towing.
• Failure to correctly fit and use the Stone Stomper may result in the hirer being responsible for any avoidable stone damage to the caravan or tow vehicle.
• Diesel Heater & Hot Water System
• The diesel heater and hot water system are supplied with a full diesel tank at the commencement of your hire.
• Please return the caravan with the diesel tank refilled to avoid a refuelling charge.
• Respect for the Caravan
• We take enormous pride in presenting our hire fleet to the highest standard. We ask all hirers to treat the Lifestyle Iconn E4 with the same care and respect they would their own caravan, so every guest can enjoy the same premium experience.

  This was our first time in a pop top, we always had a hard roof. The trip was great and easier to handle on the road too. We had gale force winds over the weekend and was so surprised that the pop top didn't flap at all. We were so amazed. Dale is 6ft5" and he had heaps of head room which was perfect, made us think about buying a pop top next.. The bed was so comfortable we slept well. Overall this was just the perfect van to hire. We love the look of the new models too. Highly recommend to try this one.

  There are two particular things that rate additional mention. Firstly, the van is supplied with pretty much everything that you need to go away with and start your holiday. The supplied items are first class in terms of quality and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Secondly the handover provided by the team was exceptional. All items on the van were explained to me in great detail and I felt that I had a really good understanding of the van operation. Additionally, when we went to hook the van to my vehicle and had issues (Volkswagen and their ingenious trailer checking system!), the team conducted fault-finding of the vehicle to ensure that I could tow the van safely with all lights functional. Note that the issues encountered were completely within my vehicle. Would I hire from Mike and team again... absolutely.

  Absolute fabulous handover of the van, left no stone unturned. We knew exactly what to do when it came to set up at the campsite thanks to Mike.

  We had a great holiday. The day we collected the van was very windy and it was already outside. Because of this we were not shown how to operate the awning and ultimately had a minor breakage. Mike was kind enough to waive the cost of repair. I have no hesitation in recommending hiring from Mike.
