Hiring rules
- CLEANING THE VAN Please return the van in a cleaned condition, both inside and out as you found it.
- Excessive cleaning required by us will incur a $300.00 cleaning charge. Do not use a high pressure hose on the exterior. Please be aware cleaning inside and out can take a couple of hours.
- ONBOARD TOILET The Hirer must empty and clean the toilet at approved dump points prior to returning the van. If the cassette isn't emptied prior to return this will incur an additional $100.00 fee.
- NO smoking in the van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Deb 5.0We had a really wonderful and memorable long weekend away in Seths van. It was in top shape and we were so impressed with all the comforts and facilities. The master bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked beautifully. We did experience a problem with the jockey wheel but Seth went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Craig 5.0We had an amazing stay in Seth's caravan. Seth's communication from the initial booking to handing the van back was exceptional. The van was spacious for our family of 4. The layout was perfect and we even had a couple of nights off grid which Seth had made sure the van was ready to go and set up for this. A really great experience for our family.
