- No Pets on beds or furniture
- Caravan must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Clean and tidy 🙂
- Must tow with a vehicle with 3.5tonne towing capacity
- The van must be returned clean, tidy and toilet emptied unless you have paid extra for us to clean it for you under extra products
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
