We did not use the TVan because my car had an electrical/towbar issue (which was diagnosed by Jarrad, Mike and Michael at the Dirt) which prevented us from taking off in it.

There are two particular things that rate additional mention. Firstly, the van is supplied with pretty much everything that you need to go away with and start your holiday. The supplied items are first class in terms of quality and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Secondly the handover provided by the team was exceptional. All items on the van were explained to me in great detail and I felt that I had a really good understanding of the van operation. Additionally, when we went to hook the van to my vehicle and had issues (Volkswagen and their ingenious trailer checking system!), the team conducted fault-finding of the vehicle to ensure that I could tow the van safely with all lights functional. Note that the issues encountered were completely within my vehicle. Would I hire from Mike and team again... absolutely.

We had a great holiday. The day we collected the van was very windy and it was already outside. Because of this we were not shown how to operate the awning and ultimately had a minor breakage. Mike was kind enough to waive the cost of repair. I have no hesitation in recommending hiring from Mike.

The Dirt Adventure TVan was brilliant, very hard to fault. Very comfortable, easy to tow, and to set up. Fantastic for the Oodnadatta Track, which we undertook. The Dirt Off Road Campers staff were great. The lessons on the TVan by Dino was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly, patient and helpful. We hired a Tvan and was impressed. This camper is a good piece of kit and built for off-grid exploring, the Tvan handled it all with ease. Setup was quick and surprisingly simple, and the comfort level was great especially with the diesel heater at night. There was heaps of storage, and the kitchen setup made cooking in the middle of nowhere a breeze. Towing was great, lightweight and stable, even on rough roads. You can tell these are designed for the outback. The owner was good to deal withclear instructions and everything was clean and ready to go.

The Tvan was easy to tow and setup and equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week trip in the outback. The outdoor shower was great, super comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for our belongings. We started our trip in Adelaide, headed up the Birdsville track for the races and came back down to Innamincka on the Strzlecki track and home through the Flinders Ranges. Mike was great to deal with and we would highly recommend booking through him again.

Great way to try before you buy or just to have a great reliable van to enjoy away. The Tvan was excellent, and dealing with Mike doing the handover was seamless and very simple but in depth would definitely hire again
