Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Dane 5.0Great van overall! It handled 15mm of rain in 24 hours without any issues. Rory was awesome to deal with, really friendly and easy to communicate with. Only downside was limited storage space for clothes and bags, which was a bit tricky for a family of 5.
Robert 5.0Spacious, well equipped Van. Nice and light to tow making the all important journey to and from the destination more relaxing. Rory was amazing, very generous with his time, detailed in explaining the specifics of the van, flexible if ever needed and amazing on the communication - all of this made for such a great experience!
Senthil 4.3It is a great trailer and best you could expect for your holiday. It has got everything and more than you could expect. A complete entertainer for your holiday. Rory is an amazing gentleman and a great host. Very reasonable and fair. It would have been great help, if there was a payload weight of the trailer indicated in the advertisement.as I was restricted with towing capacity. I had to shorten my trip as the payload of the trailer was above the towing capacity.
