Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Adam and Julie were awesome to communicate with, they explained how everything worked on the van prior to towing, the van itself was very clean and tidy with all the basics you need, the van towed exceptionally well behind the y62 patrol.
