• Hiring Rules & Important Information
• To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take a moment to read the following information before your trip.
• 🚐 PickUp & DropOff
• Pickup and dropoff is from our Smeaton Grange, NSW location.
• As a familyrun business, Friday, Saturday and Sunday pickups are generally unavailable and must be approved by us prior to booking.
• To make your holiday more relaxed and enjoyable, we offer:
• • Thursday afternoon pickup (between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm) for **50% of the daily hire rate**.
• • Monday afternoon dropoff for **50% of the daily hire rate**.
• This gives you extra time to pack, unpack and clean the caravan without feeling rushed.
• 🚽 Toilet System
• The toilet cassette must be emptied, rinsed and returned clean unless you have selected the **"Clean the Van for Me (Including Toilet)"** option.
• Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a **$100.00 cleaning fee**.
• Any toilet overflow, misuse of the toilet system, incorrect chemical use or contamination of the toilet cassette compartment or surrounding storage areas will incur a **minimum $250.00 cleaning and sanitisation fee**, with additional charges payable where professional cleaning or repairs are required.
• 🍖 BBQ Cleaning
• If the BBQ has been used during your hire, it must be cleaned before return.
• Failure to clean the BBQ will incur a **$100.00 BBQ cleaning fee**.
• 🧼 General Cleaning
• Unless a cleaning package has been selected, the caravan must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
• Additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required beyond normal use.
• ☀️ OffGrid Use
• The Weekender is equipped with solar and lithium batteries, making it suitable for short offgrid stays.
• Please remember that this caravan **does not have an inverter**, so 240V appliances, including the microwave, coffee machine, air conditioner and standard power points, can only be used when connected to mains power or a suitable generator.
• When camping offgrid, we ask that you be mindful of your battery and water usage to ensure you get the most from your stay.
• 🐾 Pets
• Pets are welcome upon prior approval only.
• A **$50.00 pet fee** applies per hire.
• Please ensure all pet hair is removed before returning the caravan.
• Where excessive pet hair, odours, stains or damage require additional cleaning, a **minimum $200.00 cleaning fee** will apply.
• 🌦️ Awning
• The awning must always be retracted during strong winds, storms, heavy rain or whenever the caravan is left unattended.
• Damage caused by weather or misuse of the awning is the responsibility of the hirer.
• 🛣️ Roads
• This caravan is designed for **sealed roads and maintained campgrounds**.
• Travel on unsealed roads requires our written approval before departure and may affect your insurance cover.
• 🚭 Smoking & Vaping
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
• Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in professional cleaning charges.
• 🚨 Damage & Emergencies
• If an accident or breakdown occurs:
• • Ensure everyone is safe.
• • Contact Camplify Roadside Assistance immediately.
• • Report all damage or incidents to us as soon as possible.
• Failure to report damage during your hire may affect your insurance cover.
• 📋 General Conditions
• • Hirers must be **25 years of age or older**.
• • The hirer is responsible for ensuring their tow vehicle is legally rated to tow the caravan.
• • An electric brake controller is required. If your vehicle is not fitted with one, we offer portable electric brake controllers as an optional extra.
• • Any fees listed above are in addition to repair costs, replacement costs or insurance excess where applicable.
