Travel with Betsy and she will go anywhere your heart desires. Easy to drive on petrol or gas, a pop top roof allowing for greater fuel economy. Compact kitchen ( microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and gas stove) inside but also providing smaller gas appliances for outside cooking. Comfy bed with bamboo topper to make those sleeps in more relaxing. TV in case you are missing your favorite shows. Smart phone comparable, Touch screen , blue tooth radio to listen to your favorite podcasts or music. Outside awning to sit and watch the sun set and enjoy a glass of whatever takes your fancy. Towball to attach the bike carrier (nothingneeds to be towed) and bullbar and light bar for the extra safety on our country roards. Dependable and reliable.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    11/10! Betsy is delightful van to driver with everything you need and more. Slept two of us comfortably! She handled the long hauls easily. Marion is a stellar woman, and I would gladly hire the van again just to see her! Thank you

    We had a fantastic trip with Betsy. All of the facilities worked perfectly and were incredibly useful, the fridge, portable gas cooker, sink, and everything else made travelling so easy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bamboo mattress was amazing. The car drove great the whole time as well. Marion was a wonderful host, responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to meet. Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I would really recommend using Betsy.

    camper is an unusual hybrid. supposedly equipped with air-fryer, electric skillet, kettle or oven and TV, but lacks, for example, waffle iron or frozen yogurt maker ;) on the other hand, the refrigerator does not work, neither on gas nor on battery, even while driving. with the fact that the car so loaded with household appliances burns 15 liters of fuel per 100 km and is not suitable for anything except going out of town and standing on the campground. the owner supposedly mentioned that it is better to go to campgrounds with electricity but did not mention that the refrigerator does not work outside campgrounds. contact so-so overall. on the plus side: super mattress.

    We had a great holiday in Betsy! The van was well equipped with everything you need for cooking (fridge, indoors and outdoors stoves, pan, pots, cutlery, storage boxes and plates and glasses of different shapes), cleaning (towels, detergent, soap), and comfort (camping chairs, table, picnic blanket, a TV, even a hammock!). The communication and service from Marion were great! We had some cold nights ahead of us so she was kind enough to also include an electric heater and extra throws in the van. She quickly replied to our questions and was super flexible with the pick up and return arrangements.

I enjoy an outdoor life style, camping, going to the beach and bush walks with my family and friends. Time is not an issue its the journey we take not the destination that makes it a memorable and enjoyable experience.
