Hiring rules

  • * Hirer/driver must be 25 years of age or older
  • * Minimum 3 day hire in off peak seasons. School holiday periods 7 day minimum.
  • * No smoking in or near van.
  • * Awning must be packed away and hatches closed if bad weather is present.
  • *Inverter 240v power/air conditioner usage must be monitored as battery recharge is via solar panels on roof. Sunshine access is important for long offgrid stays.
  • * Sorry, no pets.
  • * Mattress protectors are supplied on all beds however sheets must be used even if using sleeping bags. This is for hygiene purposes.
  • CLEANING RULES:
  • * Please leave caravan in the same clean condition that it was dropped off/picked up in.
  • If caravan is not returned in acceptable condition a cleaning charge will apply. We have included cleaning products for your convenience, alternative option is to select "clean for me" in the additional extras section.
  • * Hirer must empty and rinse out the toilet cassette on return. Please do not allow cassette to become overfilled as this will leak into the underneath compartment and will incur addition cleaning fee of $200.00
  • * PLEASE DO NOT HOSE OUT ANY COMPARTMENTS THIS INCLUDES THE TOILET COMPARTMENT. Soak up any spills with paper towels and wipe out as needed with a cleaner, allowing to dry.
  • DAMAGE:
  • * Any damages must be reported immediately (even if only minor) with as many details as possible. This will ensure that we have as much time as possible to remedy anything that is required before the next hire.
  • * To help prevent damages, please ensure all windows, hatches and the awning is packed away if bad weather is present.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
