Additional information
- Webber bbq is available for a cost of $60.00 per hire (Please notify us at time of booking if you require the Webber BBQ) - Linen is not provided (You are required to supply your own Linen & Manchester for Queen Bed, Bunks, Towels / Bathroom etc) - Glam 8 person Bell Tent available for an additional charge of $80.00 per booking (DIY set up). Please select 'Gazebo' in Optional extras for this to be included. - Maximum Four ppl per booking (in caravan), If you have extra people please add the 'Gazebo' (Bell Tent) to your booking also. - Note: We work full time so Delivery and Pick up is available on weekends or after hours. If you're willing to be flexible with check in/out times we will try our best to work around your booking & accomodate you. - No Pets allowed - $3.50 per KM delivery & pick up fee up to 200km (no minimum delivery fee) (FREE Delivery to Williams River Caravan Park, Clarence town)
Hiring rules
- Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any type in the van.
- Toilet Canister MUST be emptied & rinsed by the Hirer before the van is picked up by the owners if the toilet canister is not emptied a $350.00 fine will apply.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Helen 5.0Clint was very patient with caravan newbies and how everything works. He even came back when we were panicking because the fridge didn't seem to be getting cold. (All newbies please know that gas fridges take hours to get cold and you can only run one thing at a time with a generator, lol). Very comfortable bed, lovely people.
Megan 5.0Luna was a great van for our family of 4! Lots of space and had everything we needed. Communication with Assunta was fantastic.
Hayley 5.0My family and I had a great time away with Luna, everything we needed was right there accessible for us! Very convenient with 2 young children and being heavily pregnant. Assunta and Clint were lovely and helpful to deal with :)
