Hiring rules
- General Rules:
- BYO bedding if you require bedding or linen that is available at an additional cost, otherwise there will ONLY be mattress protectors provided.
- Our Caravan must be cleaned inside and out before it is returned to us. Toilet cassette emptied and cleaned out. Additional cleaning fee of $300.00 will apply if cleaning is unsatisfactory this does not include the toilet cleaning fee. $250.00 extra fee applies if toilet is not emptied and clean.
- No smoking: Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited.
- Awning usage: Please peg the awning down correctly as per instructions given. The awning must be packed away if windy weather or heavy rain is forecasted to prevent damage.
- Pickup/Dropoff times: Standard pickup is from 7 AM, and dropoff is by 5 PM unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Strictly No pets.
- Please note that if free camping/offgrid, you will require an inverter generator to power the air conditioner, microwave & 240volt outlets otherwise they will not work.
- Towing and Vehicle Requirements:
- Gas refill: Please refill the gas bottles before returning the van. If not refilled, a fee will apply.
- Towing experience: Towing experience is required for hirers as it is a large van to tow but tows extremely well.
- Tow vehicle requirements: please notify us of the vehicle you will be towing with. Your vehicle must have a minimum towing capacity of 2,500 kg.
- License requirements: A full, unrestricted driver’s license is required to hire this van.
- Brake controller: An electric brake controller is required in your vehicle to tow the van safely. You cannot tow this van without electric brakes & an Anderson plug.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
