• ⏰ MINIMUM HIRE
• Off Peak: 3day minimum
• Peak (School Holidays): 7day minimum
• Easter & Long Weekends: 4day minimum
• 🚐 DELIVERY, SETUP & PACK UP
• Tumut: $30.00 each way ($60.00 total)
• Eastern side of Blowering Dam: $65.00 each way ($130.00 total)
• Other locations: $2.50 per km (each way)
• 🕓 PICK UP & DROP OFF TIMES
• Available: 8:00am–4:00pm, Mon–Sun (subject to availability)
• Closed: 24–26 Dec & Public Holidays (unless prearranged)
• 📅 Please include your preferred times in your booking request.
• 🤝 HANDOVER
• A full walkthrough and demonstration are provided at pickup. Please allow up to 60 minutes for this.
• 🛏️ OPTIONAL EXTRAS
• Linen Pack ($130.00 per booking)
• Includes bedding for all beds, bath towels, hand towel, face washers, bathmat & tea towel.
• ⚙️ TOWING REQUIREMENTS
• Prior towing experience & preapproved tow vehicle required.
• Electric brake controller & towing mirrors are mandatory (available for hire).
• No offroad, beach, extended gravel roads, or water crossings.
• Any unsealed travel must be preapproved in writing.
• Minimum driver age: 21
• 🧼 CLEANING
• Please return the van clean and in the same condition it was when you picked it up.
• $400.00 cleaning fee if returned dirty.
• Cleaning supplies are provided or select “Clean the van for me” in Extras.
• Toilet cassette must be emptied and rinsed before return (or select “Clean the toilet for me” fee applies).
• Overfilled cassettes may incur an extra $300.00 cleaning fee.
• ⚠️ GENERAL RULES
• No smoking inside or near the van.
• No pets.
• Pack evenly and secure all items in cupboards.
• Sheets must be used on all beds (even with sleeping bags).
• Awning and hatches must be closed in bad weather.
• If gas runs out, bottles must be refilled (not swapped). Swapping will incur replacement costs.
• Abandoning the van will incur retrieval and cleaning costs.

  We hired Snowy from Karen and couldnt be happier with the experience. Karen was more than helpful both before and during our hire great communication and nothing was too much trouble. The caravan had absolutely everything we needed for our stay at Blowering Dam. It was well set up, comfortable, and made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. We honestly couldnt have asked for anything more. We will definitely be hiring again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Snowy to anyone looking for a stress-free caravan hire.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, with clear instructions and service. We chose the delivery and pickup option which was easy.
