Luxury of grid caravan 2020 model in new condition. Sleeps 5 with 1 queen bed and 3 bunks with the option for an extra bed available on the lounge for a small child. Inside features a fully equipped kitchen, 4 burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Capsule coffee machine, Shower and toilet, reverse cycle air conditioner. Outdoor features include a pullout kitchen with gas burners and sink, Weber Baby Q, bike rack mounted on the front, outdoor shower, outdoor tv bracket, fusion entertainment system with Apple/Android connection. Table, camping chair etc and ample tunnel boot storage. The van’s reverse cycle air conditioning and microwave can be used when you’re connected to power or using a generator, we have one available for hire. Sirocco fan, tv, shower, sink and lights etc all work off the battery there are solar panels on the roof to keep the battery charged. We have set this van up for our own travels so every necessity has been supplied. Spend the weekend camped in modern luxury off grid by the Murrumbidgee river on a reserve, camped by a secluded stream around Tumut in the snowy mountains, in a caravan park at Talbingo or camped by Blowering Dam waterskiing or fishing with your boat. Whatever your weekend getaway you can collect the van from us or we can deliver the van to your chosen location and take the hassle out of towing and setting up. There are so many local gems just waiting for you to experience!

• Delivery fee for the van is $3.00 per km to deliver and then collect. Calculate the estimated delivery fee as the distance to your desired location from Illabo Nsw x $3.00 x 2 • If you are hiring our van to tow for long distance travelling an additional $1.00/km charge applies for every kilometre over 200km the van is being towed each day of your hire. • Linen is not included with the van but can be hired for an extra $150.00 per booking.

Strictly no smoking allowed in or around van.
Strictly no pets allowed
Hirer must have towing experience.
Off road capacity but any off road travel must be approved prior to hire. Extra cleaning fees will apply.
No cooking of fish, fatty foods or meats inside the van, Weber BBQ provided free of additional charge.
Caravan must be cleaned inside and out before it is returned to us. Toilet cassette emptied and cleaned out. Additional $300.00 cleaning fee will apply if cleaning is unsatisfactory this does not include the toilet cleaning fee.
$350.00 extra fee applies if toilet is not empty and clean.
Awning is to be packed away in windy weather and heavy rain.
Do not immerse milk frother in water

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Delivery fee: $3.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The caravan performed very well and was comfortable to tow and live in. The Fridge is brilliant and cooking facilities both in the van and outdoor were very useful as we had some very windy days. Thank you James and Kate and I will definitely be hiring again.
