Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kirsten 5.0We had such a great trip in Journey Outback!! The van has everything you need for a relaxed weekend glamping and for such a great price Lorraine and Neil were super friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend!!
