Special towing information
The van comes equipped with an EB2 brake controller, which we provide free of charge. To operate the brakes, all you need is an iPhone or Android phone and a standard 7-pin plug. Please note: A smartphone is required to hire the van. For added safety, we also supply easy-to-fit tow mirrors at no extra cost. Keep in mind that the van's weight will increase when loaded with luggage or if the 90-litre water tank is filled. Plan accordingly for towing capacity and handling.

Please allow 30 to 45 minutes for a thorough handover period when picking up the van. We'll do our best to keep it quick, but this step is essential and required for your hire. Enjoy the luxury of a steaming hot shower wherever you go! Upgrade your experience with our portable Joolca Hottap Shower and Ensuite Double Shower Tent for the ultimate outdoor comfort. If you'd rather not sacrifice your convenience, be sure to select "ANNEX" in the Optional Extras section at checkout. Want to make your getaway even more relaxing? Choose our "Clean Me" optionâsimply return the van as is, and weâll handle the cleaning for you! Fees apply. Please note that to run the Air Conditioner/Microwave in the van you MUST be connected to main power (240v) A checklist will be provided to assist with the proper and safe assembly, pack down and towing to avoid problems including possible damage to the van
Hiring rules
- No smoking inside the van, annex, or surrounding area.
- Report any wet areas inside the van upon return.
- The van's interior must be returned clean, with all food and rubbish removed or extra fees may apply
- Offroading is conditional talk to the owners for conditions
- Type of pet must be approved NO BUSH CHOOKS
- DAMAGE: IF damage occurs while on your holiday, you must report it to us through the Camplify App immediately please provide full detail (What, Where, When etc).
- Please only light cooking in the van no curries or seafood
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
