Just a heads up: Camplify will hold your booking for 3 days to make the deposit payment and this will lock in your adventure with Fern!
Hiring rules
- 1. Hirer must be of 21 year of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. For international drivers you must provide your passport and proof of address. If your license is not in English you must also provide your international driving permit
- 2. Off roading and beach driving is not suitable for this vehicle and significant damage fees are applicable. Short distances of less than 2km on well maintained gravel roads to camp sites are the exception. For off sealed road itineraries please submit for approval prior to your trip
- 3. No smoking, drug use or drink driving
- 4. Please return the van as you received it. See optional extras packages for the clean me upgrade if cleaning is not for you
- 5. Tolls are not included and must be paid for by the hirer
- 6. For any van related emergencies please contact Camplify on 1300 416 133 and contact Summit and Stone immediately
- 7. Damage can happen, but let us know right away including all the relevant info of what, where, who
- 8. Pop top must be lowered and secured while driving
- 9. Cupboards and internal items to be secure while driving
- 10. Gas to be off while driving
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van is fully functional and incredibly well equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered. I truly mean it with this van, you have everything you could possibly need. It has both gas and electric stoves, water, a comfortable and clean bed, and its a new van that is very easy to drive and fuel-efficient. Its fully equipped for two people: cutlery, pots, games, USB chargers, solar panel, water tank every single detail is covered for a great camping van experience. A big thank you to Nicole for all the effort she has put into setting up such a fantastic van. We highly recommend it and will definitely be in touch next time were planning another road trip in Queensland. As an added bonus, Nicole is incredibly friendly and lovely to deal with.
