Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jason 5.0The Camping Trailor was a gem to tow and Daniel provided everything we needed; it was pretty easy to set up - I would suggest the You tube vids on Setup and Pull down to ensure you follow the process for a seamless setup. Had a couple of queries along the way but Daniel was very efficient with the comms and provided plenty of assistance. We were a family of 5 and seriously we had a lot more space than we anticipated which was a nice surprise. Cooking facilities on the camper were great and fridge freezer provided us ample storage for the cold stuff. As a whole - we would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go again. :)
