EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.

Hiring rules

  • No OffRoad
  • No Extended Gravel Roads
  • No night driving / towing
  • UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions
  • No smoking inside
  • No pets
  • No festivals
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises (eg.strong winds)
  • CLEANING ON RETURN OF VAN return the van in clean condition to avoid an excessive cleaning charge of $150.00 being incurred.
  • Grey water tank to be empty
  • Toilet cassette to be emptied and rinsed.
  • GAS Bottles to be returned FULL Can refilled at BCF, Anaconda, BBQ glore for example.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
