- *CLEANING Return the van in clean condition, or cleaning will incur charges.
- *No smoking in or around van. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fee.
- *PET Hirer must bring their own bed for their Pet
- Pet are not allowed to sleep on dinning sofa and sleeping beds
- Pet can only sleep inside the van with provided bed by the hirer
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brian Shane 5.0We had a fantastic experience hiring this caravan! The van itself was greatcomfortable, well-equipped, and easy to set up. Royden was amazing and took the time to explain everything in great detail. When we ran into a small issue while setting up (entirely our own doing, not the vans), Royden was happy to take our call and patiently walked us through every step again, making sure we felt confident. The only slight inconvenience was that the water tank wasnt filled prior to collection, and we didnt have the time or resources to do it ourselves, so we couldnt use the shower or toilet. Royden had mentioned this when we picked up the van, so it wasnt unexpectedit just meant we had to plan around it. Other than that, the van was fantastic and made our trip really enjoyable. Highly recommend!
