Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside.
  • Off road is not allowed.
  • Hirer must be 25 years and older.
  • No bikes or heavy object inside the van.
  • Please return the van clean and tidy as what it was.
  • Your tow vehicle must have electronic brake controller fitted. If you don’t have one, we can provide a portable type for hire at $50.00.
  • Tow mirror is available for 25 dollar per hire if you need one.
  • Please make sure to empty and clean the toilet cassette before returning the van. Failed to do so will get $180.00 extra cleaning charge.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great van and great people to deal with. Everything worked perfectly, and there was plenty of room for a family of four. I would rent this van again.

    We recently took Fritz and Annas "Sunshine" caravan on a trip down to Augusta, This van is in excellent condition we loved the "Sunshine" caravan With a queen bed double bed and bunk beds , it felt incredibly spacious for the whole crew. The solar power system and refrigerator were lifesavers for keeping our drinks cold in the WA heat. We also made great use of the external awning, which created a lovely shaded outdoor seating area for our morning coffees It has everything you need for a smooth tripan indoor kitchenette and microwave for quick meals, a Smart TV for those lazy days The shower and water heating system were fantastic the aircon top notch and Augusta was a pleasant drive as the caravan was a breeze to tow and set up Fritz and Anna were a pleasure to deal with, and the van was spotless and fully maintained when we picked it up. If you're looking for a reliable, well-equipped, and "sunny" van for a family getaway, we couldn't recommend this one more!
